Gear Up and Play

Awesome, it looks like you are interested in blogging with Gear Up and Play so first you will need to REGISTER.  Now let us just say that we are really glad to have you aboard.  Lets be honest, the only thing we have going for us right now is you.  Well, that and a lot of motivation and a never say quit mentality.  Still, we are just starting out and it’s important you realize this as well as your role.  You are not just contributing to someone Else’s online endeavor and their success but helping to lay the foundation for a new venture completely.  Together, our success depends on each other.

So lets get started shall we.  First you need a google publishing I.D for google adsense.  If you already have one great!  If not you can get one here >google adsense<

How to add adsense to your blog post?

Login to your adsense account.

Click on adsense set up > Adsense for content

Select Ad unit = you can select either default(text and image) or just text

Format= Select Square 300*250 (note: we like our adds to look uniform in color and appearance- that’s why we are giving you the colors.  Please follow this)

Border = FFFFFF

Title = 0000CC

Background = FFFFFF

Text = 002D42

URL = FF2460

Click on Submit and get Code

You code will be like this :

We need  two things here

Login to GearUpandPlay.

Under Dashboard click on MY Adsense on Top left .

Now Enter the Above two entries, as mentioned :

Next you will need to make a second Add.  This add will be a link unit.

Click on adsense set up > Adsense for content

Select Link unit – Size: 468×15 Format: 4 links per unit

Border = 001F2F

Links = FFFFFF

Background = 001F2F

When you publish just get the 468×15 Ad-Slot # and put it in the appropriate line in your GearUpandPlay Dashboard.  Click on save changes and from now on when ever you write a post for GearUpandPlay, you will make money from your own advertisements. FYI we give 100% share to author of the post.
