Hey Jools, here's the quick. We were in development for some time and just now starting to network. We have opened the author platform so anyone can register and start authoring post for GUAP as long as they are approved by a editor.
The Author always keeps copyright and although we prefer unique content we do not prohibit one to reproduce their content elsewhere. Likewise, if you have the rights to work published elsewhere you are free to recreate it here.
In the end it is our hope that GUAP's Community Based Program will provide a edge over a independently run travel blog. This starts with 100% adsense revenue sharing and of course a continued effort to improve and produce a real sense of community.
At this time we do not have enough data to give you any adsense numbers. Some of our authors are still awaiting adsense approval. In all honesty I think we are measuring success in growth and development at this point and I think we are on the right track. Together we are making this happen collectively. I can tell you my highest day in earnings was just over 3 dollars and Its less most days.
Eventually i will be performing such polls and provide some average numbers in compliance with what is allowed by Google.
For now we are looking for active members to help develop this community. If things continue to develop and grow as we have planned we will likely be offering the GUAP members who were there at the start a more involved role in helping to maintain the site if they so chose.
Sorry for the delayed response but we had a massive power outage. Thanks and don't hesitate to contact me if you have further questions.

Hi
Just found this via your post on travel writers exchange. Are you still looking for writers? What sort of revenue are they earning (on average) per post? Do you require unique content and who keeps the copyright?
Thanks
