So what do you know about gear?  Do you just know you want a red one or are you going to start throwing weight and temperature ratings into the equation.  It really don’t matter, we still like you.  Its simple right, really you know you want two things.  You want the best possible gear at a price that fits your budget.

OK, good, we now have a relationship established.  We dig up the deals and you provide us with your knowledge.  Look, lets be honest, it takes us days to sort through data and mash together what we think might be of interest to our visitors.  We don’t have time to give our opinion on every tent or backpack or whatever it is your going to buy next.  Even if we did we cant possibly have a opinion on stuff we never touched.

That’s Why YOU are the Gear Scout.  We rely on you, our valued visitor to provide us with your take.  Its simple, we give you the tools to find the best deals and you give us your take.  Here’s how Gear Scout works.

Thanks,
